How long will it take for my package to get to me?
All packages are shipped out within 2-3 business of the receipt of the order. We currently only offer USPS ground shipping. USPS ground will normally take 4-5 business days.
Hoilday Shipping may take a few extra days.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes. All our international orders are shipped via USPS.
International shipping Charges:
.01 - $50.00 = $10.00 USD
$50.01 - $100.00 = $15.00 USD
$100.01 - And up = Free Shipping

Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. USPS and Reinvent Thyself Online are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Acrylick Online cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance.
Reinvent Thyself Online tries to minimize these charges by listing the wholesale cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs.
We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

No, we do not offer a paper catalog at this time, ONLY STORES

I never received my order, what should I do?
In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. We will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.

**Returns/Exchanges?
We do not accept returns at this time. Exchanges are offered within 10 business days after product delivery. Exchanged items must be unopened from the original packaging and unworn (with all tags included). In order to exchange an item, please email sales@reinventthyself.com with your name, item(s), Paypal Transaction ID, and desired item for exchange. We will provide further instructions when your email is received.
